The Stokes Educational Scholarship Program facilitates the recruit- ment of high school seniors (particularly minority students) majoring in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or the Chinese or Russian languages, who have demonstrated skills critical to the National Security Agency (NSA).

As an NSA employee with the Stokes Program, you will attend college full time, receive up to $30,000 per year for tuition and mandatory fees and a year-round salary. You will work at NSA for 12 weeks during the summer in areas following graduation related to your course of study. If selected as a program participant and following graduation, you are required to work for NSA in your area of study, for at least one-and-one-half times your length of study.
